I was going to say scabies. They leave tracks behind like that. Usually on hands though I think, but I’m basing this only on childhood memories.

(grew up abroad, hot country…scabies was very normal. My (British) mother was horrified when we got them. I still remember the treatment…being covered in lotion that stung like hell. I’m sure treatment has moved on since then though 🤣)

Looks like hives - my DS often gets episodes in similar places. Antihistamines such as fexafenadine gives him some relief. Seems to disappear on its own after a few days.

If it's not itchy then it isn't scabies.

I would also say Ringworm, an antifungal cream can probably be purchased over the counter. It can take a few weeks to fully clear up.
