I can't get a refund can I?

I bought an apple watch on the 22nd october, Online, From Argos. it was delivered then I had to go away for work for a few days so I left the watch at home until yesterday when i got back.

As soon as i opened it I knew it was too small for me, I went for the 40mm and for me personally the screen is too small, I keep clicking apps open by accident because I end up pressing the wrong thing, Another thing, I went for the S-M strap and its so tight that its uncomfortable and when I take it off its left a huge imprint on my wrist.

Was about to try to get a refund then read on google they won't give a refund if its been used or if the seals are broken on the packaging.

Is it worth giving it a try anyway?

It can't hurt to try but it sounds very unlikely

Morally wrong but tell them it keeps freezing/doesn't respond, battery dies after 2/3 hours ..etc. Then it's a manufacturer fault and when they ask do you want a refund or repair, you say refund. You then either order a different brand or size up and risk having to repeat the process which they're unlikely to believe the same excuse twice.

I work for Argos. You have more rights if you bought it online. It's called distance selling. You didn't see the item before you purchased it. Ring customer services and ask them to collect it.

After 30 days you have to go through Apple if you take it back into store, so make sure you don't leave it too long. I cant advise you further on the above comment from previous poster 😉 😉 but we have no way of checking most things! Ha take from that what you will...
