I have been ill for a week and think it is probably Covid, although it could just be a bad cold (I haven't tested). I'm feeling a bit rubbish, but it's not serious and I think I'm on the mend.
However, I have an event I don't want to miss in a few days and would really like to speed up the final stages of recovery if possible. Does anyone have any suggestions for things they have found to be effective?
I am assuming it will be ok to socialise by then as it will be ten days since I first had symptoms and I seem to remember the advice was to isolate for five days after showing symptoms.
