Underpants!

Do you change your pants in the evening before you go to bed? (Assuming you had a shower in the morning and put a fresh pair on then too!!)) and do your children if you have any?

We always put on a fresh pair before bed but my friend thinks I'm bonkers! Am I?!

I don't wear underpants at bedtime as you need to let that area "breathe", plus I wear pj's anyway.

In the eve I put pjs on with no pants. At bedtime I sleep naked.

By underpants I assume you mean underwear? As a kid I used to change 3-4 tines day. Now it's twice. Not sure why your habit is bonkers? Sounds perfectly hygenic to me.

I take my pants off when I go to bed and put a clean pair on after my shower in the morning. My children are grown so I haven't a clue what they do.

You're not bonkers doing what you do if it suits you. We're all different.

Yes fresh pants every night. I couldn't go naked below the waist as I'd feel all sweaty and horrible.

No underwear for sleeping for me.

New knickers in the morning, after shower. If I have an evening bath and get dressed afterwards, I will change into a new pair. I’m post menopausal so I don’t ever need to wear knickers in bed
