What to eat after food poisoning?

I'm not hungry but I've lost 16lbs and haven't really eaten in a week

Managed half a pack of plain hula hoops, a rusk and I can suck on chewy sweets. Been drinking full sugar coke and rehydration drinks
Not sure what to go for next. Avoiding dairy and anything acidic maybe?
The antibiotics have left an awful mouth taste hence the sweets!

How weird that we both had it! It doesn't half drag on

Yep🙄 . Did you know the GP has to report cases of it to whichever authority...guess that's in case of a local outbreak of it 😬

@wavingfuriously do you know what you got it from?
I heard that environmental health would contact me but haven't heard anything (I'm in Lancashire)

No I've still got no idea..not even sure it's down to something I ate. Live in busy London and really suspect the self service tills in supermarket, imagine the number of people touching those screens😵‍💫 per day..

I'm 99% sure mine was chicken I had on a meal out, they said it fits the timescale

I'm ok, everything hasn't quite settled yet but no more diarrhoea thankfully! I've started taking some probiotics I found on Amazon which have helped

TMI but I had a morning with really bad smelly 💨 then took the probiotics and it seemed to settle it massively

I would soooo recommended kombucha. Had a terrible gluten case years back (coeliac) and this plus activated charcoal tablets were impressive.

I've had food poisoning since and now I remember they did help again. God it's awful isn't it, it lasts and lasts!
