Sick bug

Four of us.
Child 1 bit of a loose bottom on Tues. very lethargic.
child 2 vomits out of nowhere on Thursday but just top end, for about 6 hours. Nothing since. i start explosive bowels on Thursday night (1am) still very watery and today but no vomiting (although thought I was going to be sick but wasn’t. Stomach very sore, but could be due to not eating much as feeling so shite)
husband starts both ends in the small hours this morning.
Thoughts? Should we all be clear by tomorrow? If I have only been bum end, am I likely to start being sick?
child one seems to be ok, but hasn’t had any of the symptoms that we have had between us? Is it just brewing with him? Trying to keep our distance from each other!
my anxiety is sky high!

Why are you trying to keep your distance from each other? You obviously all have the same thing, it’s just presenting differently.

Oh you have my sympathies.
My youngest puked on the hall carpet on Thursday morning. Complained of a really sore stomach on Wednesday night. No runny bum and just the one vomit. None of the rest of us have got it so it's really weird.

I think you're unlikely to start with new symptoms now but you might not all be clear by tomorrow. It is probably the same bug but affecting you all differently, I'd assume child 1 brought it home from somewhere.
