Morning/evening??
I'm suffering from insomnia badly right now, it comes and goes but right now it's bad. Along with cramps and a chesty cough it's not equaling a restful night.
I went to sleep easily at 10pm and woke up at 2am wide awake, tried everything to get back to sleep and nothing. Tossing and turning has made it worse and don't want to wake my husband so I'm on the sofa watching tv now!!
Anyone else up? If not up with insomnia what are you up to? Any tips or is this my day started now?
