We have booked a airport hotel
Some of the king rooms have a view of the runway.
I emailed hotel asking if possible to have one of these rooms
They replied the standard they are popular ,depends on the day.
Now i have been a hotel receptionist and I know you can check the day for the bookings and allocate specific rooms.
So why can't they just reserve us this room ?
It's two months in advance
They had cheaper queen rooms and the king rooms were £235 so not cheap
