If your landlord said you could paint your house

Would you do it? I would have to put it back if I moved out, but I don't plan on moving anytime soon! Would love to have a change from the white walls.

Our last tenant did, but she lived there for a long time. If I was only planning on staying a year or two then I probably wouldn’t bother.

Our tenant painted the house. We didn't know till we saw the photos from the agents annual inspection. We didn't say anything they've been there 7 years. I'm painting it when they leave in April.

No, because I think when you move out it might just be one more headache to repaint. Moving is stressful and doesn't always happen when/how you plan.
