Why are you up at 5am and what are you up to?

I have an annoying Puppy and I'm watching yesterday's Coronation Street.

Sitting on my hotel balcony watching the ☀️ sunrise..(2 hours ahead but I was awake at 5am Turkish time)

Coffee whilst getting ready for work. 🥱

Going to work.

OH got in at 4.30 from the night shift and the dog had done a poo by the back door so he got me up to clean it up. Trying to go back to sleep before 6.30 alarm but half of me thinks ill be a zombie all day if I do that.

Off to a hiit class before work

Had a tooth extraction over a week ago but still in loads of pain, saw dentist yesterday and confirmed I have dry socket so had that treated and been given antibiotics and strong painkillers but once the painkillers wear off I'm wide awake with the pain.

Also supposed to be going away today to the Peak District, I love hiking but not sure how much I will manage.
Need to write packing list and food list and then actually pack!!

Awaiting scans today for my very recent cancer diagnosis. I'm bricking it. I want to be here for my children and I'm trying to think positively but I'm so afraid.

Looking after a very sick baby on nicu.

2 hours to go! Im very tired

I rarely get more than 6 hours any way but I’m on the three day progesterone break in my HRT cycle which always sends my sleep haywire. 🤷‍♀️

Up because husband woke me up to ask me to move over in bed. Now I'm furious at him because he KNOWS at the moment I'm sleeping badly and if I'm woken at night, that's it for me because I can't drop off again.
Why he couldn't have just gone and slept on the sofa like I do if he's snoring is beyond me.
I've got a shit day at work today that I've been dreading and now I'm going to have to do it all on sod all sleep.

He did what now? Why didn't he just clean it up himself?

Another annoying puppy here, been up with him since 3:30. Not really his fault, he's had a bit of a funny tummy since his most recent worming. I'm currently sat in my reclining chair with him sleeping on me, having a coffee and doing a bit of reading/browsing on my phone.

Up with my baby who thinks 5am is time to get up. He’s just done a massive poo and it’s squeezed out the leg when he sat down so now there’s shit on the carpet 🙄

I listened a couple of hours ago, I’m really sad, mad I know, but it’s got me through many dark nights, comforting listening.

I’m up with perimenopause and worrying about my DH traveling far in an hour or two.

Travelling for work today. My cat decided I needed to get up at quarter TO five instead of quarter past. Means I have time for coffee though 😀

I'm usually awake between 4-5, I've got used to it now but wish I was motivated enough to use the time constructively by getting up for the gym or even just watch tv instead of scrolling mindlessly ! But I am happy as for some reason my Mumsnet account hasn't been working for several weeks but now back to normal so at last I can post!

@ohsotired2022 similar. Been awake since 3:30 am with anxiety about my health job and having circular thoughts about going off sick / carrying on / mental health / life choices etc etc. its not fun.
