NHS pension - old scheme. Appeal process?

I’m in the old pension scheme, and the new one. Does anyone know if there’s an appeal process as my old scheme was put into the new one without my knowledge/permission?

A letter quoting the McCloud Remedy should be sufficient for your entitlement to be shifted back to the 95 scheme.

The McCloud remedy is now being applied to all who were in a pre 2015 scheme and were put into new scheme.
people are being notified in order of how close they are to pension age.
The process started in October of this year so you should be contacted within the next year , I believe.
