Desperately need helping getting re-motivated at work

I WAH every day. I am seriously unmotivated. I sit at my desk lethargic, tired & unmotivated, even after a good nights sleep. Work is a bit slow atm but even so. I have zero mojo/motivation/energy. I am then falling asleep on the sofa at 5pm for an hours nap.

I desperately need to get out of this rut,

ah okay. I meant your thyroid hormone levels but the drs are probably monitoring those anyway if your thyroid was removed

I do hope you are feeling better soon. It must be so frustrating.

Have you had other things checked like iron levels and vit B12?

Sounds like you’re a bit bored? Can you go for a brisk walk before starting work? To replace a commute. Plan something for each lunch time - a local exercise class / a job at home that needs doing / meet a friend for coffee / pop to the supermarket / bit of gardening
