What's a staple food in your house?

Just making pancakes for the millionth time and was wondering what foods everyone else has in their house v v regularly.

Our daily staples are probably...
Pancakes, mayo, peanut butter, rice, coffee, pickled gherkins

Apart from things like pasta etc it’s flapjacks. Sainsbury’s do a box of 5 flapjack slices for about £1 and we buy two every week as I take them to work as a snack and the kids eat them after school. A few years ago I got an email from Nectar which was like those Spotify Wrapped updates telling
you what your most listened to band was over the year and apparently I bought the the second highest number of flapjacks in the whole country 😬

Oranges bananas bread crackers potatoes porridge carrots cheese butter jam tea. Looks bad written down.

Crumpets, twiglets, Coke Zero, lime cordial (has to be Rose’s). Ketchup, babybel lights, hula hoops. Smoked mackerel.

Oh but yes we got an email from Sainsburys that we buy more Millicano and more fruit and veg than anyone else in our region.

Steak, butter and coffee.

We’re both carnivore.

Yoghurt, muesli/oats, homebaked seedy bread, rice, cheese, hot sauce, milk, coffee, tea, squash

Coffee, milk, Greek yogurt
Philadelphia light
Bread rolls
Plain scones

At one time we were the number one buyer of Wensleydale cheese, thanks to DSs obsession with the stuff.
