Easy Halloween costumes?

I hate fancy dress...but we've accepted an invite to a party that we didn't know was going to be Halloween fancy dress...

Any bright ideas for things that can be cobbled together with little financial outlay?! I've had a google "easy Halloween outfits" but it seems to be outfits that aren't really Halloween related (Britney Spears??)

Who are the outfits for?

Easy outfits -

Black cat - wear all black, make a tail from an old pair of tights, whiskers drawn on plus cat ears. Or alternatively hair in 2 space buns.

Witch - very versatile due to the various witches in films etc. Add a witches hat.

Vampire - again an easy versatile option!

Zombie/dead version of whatever costume you have - whatever you have then it's all about the makeup! I have previously done dead cheerleader, cruella de ville (this one I cut holes like shreds in a charity shop black dress and wore a fur coat I already had)

Charity shops are bursting with stuff at the moment so worth a look for accessories to go with things you have already!

Go as a psychopath

They look just like everybody else

Black dress and a witch's hat has to be the easiest or again a black dress and get a hairband with cat ears on it and use eyeliner to paint whiskers on your face.
