Best hoover

Ok so I'm going to say money is no object. I've had enough with crap hoovers. I've had a Vax (rubbish) and a Shark which started off excellent but which is now unrepairable and I end up spending more time cleaning the thing than actually hoovering, every time I use it. It's not worth the effort.

What are your recommendations, any price range?

Henry. Always Henry. There's a reason he's the popular choice and those who actually need things clean like builders, cleaners and school caretakers use him.

Thanks. Any particular model? There seem to be a few different types.
Has yours lasted a long time?

I have just the standard one but he does the job brilliantly. He's also pretty indestructible. I'm not particularly up there in ages but I wouldn't be surprised if he outlasted me. 😅

Call Nematic, Henry manufacturer, they will advise on must suitable machine. They last forever and need little maintenance.

Forgot to add, parts are easily available and very cheap.

Another vote for Henry. I just have whatever the standard one is?? Bought him from Argos I think after just typing in 'Henry'...

Thank you to the Henry voters. I couldn't wait any longer so went to get one tonight and now my carpets are thanking me for removing the groaning layers of hair that Sharky failed to remove. Ick!
