Mine is this one: www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/oregano-halloumi-orzo-salad

Not something I'd usually go for but it's so so good

Salmon fillets marinated in Nando's rub, served with vegetarian risotto (this recipe but not done as stuffing balls) and green beans tossed in chilli flakes and garlic butter. <Chefs kiss>

Mushroom rice stuffing on plate

Easy vegetarian stuffing

Our easy, vegetarian stuffing is full of rich flavours and is the ideal side dish for a Sunday roast or Christmas dinner.

That does look good! Mine is the "marry me chickpeas" that went viral. Served with slices of baguette.

This is also ours but over pasta.

That looks really nice!
What quantities of each ingredient do you use? The recipe is a bit vague.

@Chillisintheair what recipe book is that? It looks like it might have foods in that my children might like.

It’s what for dinner by Sarah Rossi but she has a great website called taming twins.

My go-to recipe is a hidden veg shepherds pie out of an old recipe book. It’s really easy.

minced lamb
2 grated carrots
1 grated courgette
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons tomato puree
1 beef oxo cube
1 tin chopped tomatoes
saucepan full of potatoes turned into mash.

brown the mince, add the grated veg and soften, add all of the other ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash the potatoes.

Then put the meat sauce in a casserole dish, layer over the mash, few curls of butter on top for browning. Oven 180 -190 until golden on top.

@Whaaaaaat sounds good! I do similar hidden veg for pasta sauces / chilli etc

We have lots of favourites!. Tonight we had liver, bacon and onions in gravy with mashed potato and cabbage. I am well aware this is not fashionable and that many people can't stand liver, but it was so tasty!
