I have a sore patch on the roof of my mouth - anything to worry about?

It's been there for a few days but doesn't seem to be improving. I was eating an apple that was quite sour a few days ago and I thought that might have irritated my mouth and caused it, but not sure. It's near a tooth at the top of my mouth.

Just made a dentist appt tomorrow but wondered if anyone had had anything similar - little worried!

Get some Bonjella gel to put on it. It’s probably just a sore bit caused by something like a rough bit of toast.

I had the same thing, saw the dentist, it was nothing to worry about, I can't remember what he said it was now, a little blocked salivary pore or something like that. It comes and goes still.
