An annuity of £50k p.a. for a woman in early 50s - how much would it cost?

Roughly how much would a single-life annuity of £50,000 p.a. annum (escalating by RPI capped at 5% say) cost for a woman in her early 50s would you say?

Is there anywhere I'd be able to find this out?

My understanding is that it would be north of £2m. Would be delighted to be told that I’m wrong.

Same situation here, seems minimum age is 55 and it's £900k

I realise that minimum retirement age is now 55... I'm just trying to put a capital value on a widow's final salary pension that someone I know is receiving. I'm not sure that person realises how valuable it is/how much it would cost them to "purchase" it.
