Possible psioratic arthritis, stiffness when walkingoing abroad for the first time in 5 years

I am 58, developed what I think is psioratic arthritis (undiagnosed though I have been through tests/physio/blood tests over the last few years). I am going to Spain on Friday and have bad anxiety. I also find it hard to walk due to extreme stiffness. I have an active family goind with me. Can anyone offer advice?

Comfortable shoes - fit flops. Drugs - paracetamol/codeine/naproxen. Does the stiffness get better during the day? Plan places that you can rest. Hire a wheelchair in Spain?

Thank you. It does get better during the day as my muscles warm up but still very stiff.
