Please save our Sunday lunch!

Mumsnetters, please help... I bought this from the market a while ago and it's been sat in the freezer. I now for the life of me can't remember if I bought a half leg of lamb or a half shoulder of lamb and I cannot tell what this is! Please help, I am very much looking forward to my lamb Sunday lunch!

It looks like shoulder (does it have shoulder blade in it?) and would be better for slow roasting.

That's a shoulder. I'd slow roast it for 5 or 6 hours.
