Been charged twice by amazon?

Placed a £100 order and clicked the wrong credit card at checkout (zilch)
I went on my order and it said my bank (zilch) had not authorised the payment so I needed to update my payment details.

So I paid with my credit card.

Now on my amazon account there are 2 orders of 106 but with the SAME order number but different card numbers.

My zilch account has dropped by 106 quid
And my credit card balance has gone up by 106

Amazon said thw moneys not come out of either but I've got emails of both about my purchase?

contact them via Amazon chat, always very helpful in resolving issues.

That's happened to me before. It was just a pending payment & it disappeared the next day. I think the system just takes time to catch up
