Audi Q2/Q3 boot space?

Looking for a new family car and the Q2 or possibly 3 have peaked my interest. I don't want a big SUV, I'd prefer a hatchback tbh but wondering if a Q2 or 3 would be a compromise for when we go on holiday, the only time we need a bigger car really. Family of 4 (no car seats).

Will be going to a showroom soon but thought I'd ask here in the meantime.

I have had the q2 and now have the q3. I much prefer the q3. The boot is definitely more spacious. We struggled to fit everything in the q2 when we went on holiday. Hope that helps 😊

We have both in our household!! I drive the q2 day and to day and the boot is really roomy - was fine for a buggy plus shopping etc.

Q3 is perfect for the longer trips where we've got multiple suitcases. Recently did a 2 week holiday and fitted all cases in easily without anyone being squashed up.

I drive both and while the q3 feels bigger when I get in, within 5 minutes I've forgotten, and am used to the dimensions. Fits into standard car parking spaces fine too.

Thank you, I feel like such a fraud as I've always sworn I wouldn't buy an SUV but I don't like estates, and hatchbacks just can't cope with suitcases for 4 people 🙈 does the Q3 feel like a proper SUV? I'm assuming it's not a monster as I assume the Q5 and 7 will be much bigger?

How is the fuel economy?

Q3 all the way - shedloads of space and it feels like it is a big enough car without being a massive SUV. I love mine!
