Weird stomach bug?

Anyone else have similar?
I started with upper stomach cramps and burping a few days ago. Felt nauseous and like someone had punched me above the belly button and really tired.
Woken up today with liquid diarrhoea.

I thought it was stress at first (potential divorce impending with husband leaving 2 weeks ago and trying to juggle kids and work on my own with no family about), but now I’m thinking perhaps a strange bug? The kids don’t have it, but I do work in schools myself. When stressed, my health anxiety ramps up, so I’m trying to reassure myself that it’s nothing serious and just a bug…

When I had Cryptosperidium bacteria many years ago it was like that. It cleared up pretty quickly though after a couple of days of diarrhoea.

I had it a few days ago. It felt like I'd done far too many sit ups! I've never had stomach ache quite like that. I had just started IVF a few days before it but it's not my first time so I know it's not side effects. It really worried me though, as the clinic is a long commute and everything is very time sensitive and daily appointments absolutely can't be missed. I feel a bit better, no one else got it. I'm exhausted and lost my appetite. I hope you feel better soon.

It could be IBS caused by stress, or gallbladder symptoms. If it is a bug it will clear in a few days, if not, then go to your GP .
