Covid and flu vaccinations

I know we are very lucky that dh and I get both and some of our dc do too.

But the eligibility criteria makes no sense to me

Dc1 aged 18 - has autism but no other issues, gets covid and flu vaccinations.
Dc2 aged 16 - on the pathway for autism, hypermobility, hospitalised with flu as a baby, gets covid vaccination but not flu
Dc3 aged 13 - on the pathway for autism and adhd, mild asthma, gets flu jab at school due to age but no covid jab
Dc4 aged 11 - learning disabilities, long term problems with ears, gets flu jab at school due to age, also gets covid jab
Dc5 aged 10 - autism, mild asthma, gets flu jab at school, also gets covid jab.

Dc2 is a nightmare when ill. He hates attention and being touched and even when not fully conscious a few years ago he was screaming and thrashing around in a lot of distress when being treated in resus so it makes sense that he gets the covid jab along with other people with autism. But I don't understand why he doesn't get the flu one or why dc3 doesn't get the covid jab.
