I think I am about to have a meltdown over it.
I have an iPhone 13 and a windows 10 laptop which is quite slow and low on storage space. On searching for free photoshop, I have tried a number of random websites and even a download, and they all want me to pay for what I think should be basic features or/and they want my information probably to spam me. I even tried a more complicated photoshop that was free but I didn’t understand how to use it and felt overwhelmed.
I simply need something for changing colours on parts of the photo, I don’t want to change the entire photos colour. I also need to cut parts of photos out, change and remove the backround etc.
