Morning after pill

Looking for advice, wondering has anyone took Ellaone (emergency contraceptive) & been ovulating. I got a really strong positive peak ovulation test on CD12 , panicked and got the MAP. We had unprotected sex CD10/11. And I took the MAP CD12(positive opk) deeply regret taking it now! Has anyone conceived still after similar situation?

I wasn’t pregnant. It pushed ovulation back to cycle day 34 so my cycle ended up being almost 50 days that month. But the side effects of the MAP were awful, nausea, sore boobs, acne - literally all early pregnancy symptoms . I was so messed up after it
