NHS Salary Return to Work

Hi-looking at options for returning to work after my second mat leave next year.

I've tried to approach my payroll department but they're not very keen to give me a figure and have sadly miscalculated my pay on many occasions so looking for real life amounts/experiences.

Looking at coming back to my mid point Band 7 non clinical post 30hrs a week (appreciate that there will be a pay rise but would like to know sooner rather than later)

A take home calculator is coming out at £2,200/month incl pension contribution already deducted l but not sure about NI and tax.

Does that sound about right?

Yeah, that's probably about right. Any student loans to come off that?

@RenegadeKeeblerElf no I was very lucky and trained as a clinician during the NHS bursary years.
