Samuel Steet, Preston

I'm looking at moving to Preston.

I see that there are fairly apartments for sale in the area of Samuel street, Preston.

Does anyone local, know anything about that street please?

I don’t mean this be confrontational but Google it. I don’t think it’s a great part of Preston but having googled it, it has had some very severe problems in recent years, however it could be improving. Google news reports and look at the site that gives you crime info. Good luck

Yeah I already did that, but the crime website just said that it had slightly higher crime rates than the rest of Preston.

I was just wondering if anyone local knows anything about the area.

That area is heavily Asian and Muslim.

I wouldn't pick it and I live in an area that has a bad reputation (although I find my area fine)

What's your budget and do you need to be close to anything or directly in preston?
