What plants do well in a bathroom?

What sort of houseplants do you have in your bathroom? I've got a new bathroom with a (currently empty) shelf and would like a few plants.

Any recommendations? Do you have to rotate them into other places with more direct light and less steam?

My peace lily is super happy in the bathroom.
Genuine question...isn't the steam good for them? I assumed that's why my plants are so happy in there. My bathroom is light though as it's south facing.

We have a very happy golden pothos in the bathroom, needs a bit of cutting back actually!

Depends on the aspect,my bathroom is ne facing, there are peace lilies in there and dendrobiums scented orchids, but I find all orchids are happy in there. Most greenery will be happy in the steam English ivy, tradescantia... trailer comes in lovely colours.

Oh yes, spider plants,I don't have any luck with ferns, apart from an asparagus fern, which got too big for there
