Buying and not using - is this a record?

At a boot fair 25 years ago I snapped up a cast-iron hamburger press, together with an unopened box of 1,000 film dividers to use with it, for £1.

I came across it during a declutter today and realised that I have never used it. Not even once.

Is this a Mumsnet record for a purchased item?

Do a Google lense and see if it's worth anything.

I'm not selling it - I may need it one day!

No. A record is a round thing with a hole in the middle.

Apologies, a very old joke from the time when we all actually bought records!

Perhaps I am better suited to Gransnet.

If you haven't used it in 25 years, you're not going to use it
