Amazon missing parcel

I supposedly had a parcel delivered from Amazon yesterday and left behind my bin
There was a photo showing this, but unfortunately when I returned home the parcel was gone.
I keep trying to contact Amazon but am just going round in circles with chat bots. Does anyone know a way to actually send a message or email, or even better chat with a real person?

I've never had any trouble at all contacting amazon. Maybe they have replaced the live chats with bots.

clicking on 'something else' instead of 'problem with order'

Then on the next page see if one of the choices is live chat.
