Packing cubes ? Worth it ?

Were currently away and our suitcase are a big jumbled mess ! They were packed so neatly too , things like rooting through for a t shirt especially the kids just turf it out. We go away again in Nov. Do packing cubes help. Thinking of a different color pack each and then easier to organise. If so where from ideally cheap. They come up loads for temu / amazon etc.

Depends.

i normally unpack if I am anywhere more than 2 days,

Unless I am constantly on the move these things wouldn’t be of any use to me.

ah but we just stayed in a holiday apartment that didn't have any drawers, just hanging space and some really deep shelves......but apart from a couple of dresses for the evening everything we had was shorts, tshirts, swimwear, underwear type stuff so a packing cube per shelf and everything could be accessed more easily than if we'd have to fold it on shelves and tip underwear out.

thank you. I'll order when home

I know what people say about shein however the ones I've just viewed are identical Inc the pix on amazon to shein but 3x the amount

They are also really good for camping, when you don’t have anything to unpack into, and are living out of a sports bag for the week.

Love them. Especially traveling with kids. I just have random ones, not even sure where they’re from, probably Amazon.

I agree that the smallest sizes aren’t much use. DH uses one for cables etc, but that’s about it. I think I used the small size when DC were babies as they’d hold a couple of nappies and change of outfit so I didn’t have to drag the entire nappy bag to the tiny bathroom on the plane.

Yes.
I thought they were a bit of a gimmick but my sister lent us hers when we went on a touring holiday and they were an absolute godsend.
Well worth the money.

I bought some cheap ones from Amazon because I wasn't sure, they were great...but the zips went the first time I used them. I've got some from Mia Tui and they are worth every penny - miatui.com

I will never pack without them again!

OMG yes !! I am 62 and diagnosed with ADHD at 42... life has always been quite chaotic but thanks to my amazing organised kids I have muddled through.. we travel A LOT ! My suitcase always looks like a jumble sale

Until ... packing cubes ! DD bought them for me for last trip and I will
NEVER go back ...
