Loads of salad left over from an event. Was out of the fridge room temp for about 5 hours and covered in plastic for most of the time. Israeli couscous (pasta), olives, preserved peppers, grilled courgette and spinach in a vinaigrette

If I refrigerate it now okay to eat over the next 24 hours?

Yes I've been doing this sort of thing several times a week for decades in that I take food like this for lunch and it sits on the shelf in my office all morning and I've never been ill including the few times I've decided I don't want it and put it in the fridge to eat later.

But no doubt you'll have posters telling you this is guaranteed to cause food poisoning despite the risk clearly being minimal.
