Just females are judged on their weight clothes body hair etcetera. Whilst there must be men that are judged too, from my experience it's mainly women.

Is it women bias ? Is that a thing?

Men are judged too. Fat, unkempt ones are, anyway.

Because there is a mind-boggling amount of money involved throughout so many connected industries who would never willingly give up all that $$$MONEY$$$, so they'll spend ungodly amounts of it in order to ensure that women feel as if they're shit unless they buy these companies' products, influencing men, women and children to do so.
It's fucked up that so many people make so much money essentially by making women feel like shit.

Because traditionally in the bad old days (still in many societies) women were owned by their fathers and given to another man to marry, their value and power was their beauty (and or dowry) beauty = youth = fertility= heirs.
Men’s power was their strength and intelligence and ability to hunt or make money.
Ok I made this up but you get the drift!

The worry was always that a man would find a more attractive woman and leave.
Now women rule their own destinies but ideas of beauty and youth = equal value as a woman still linger. Now add in capitalism and you have a total CF. Men are now being targeted too, albeit to a much lesser extent.
