Looking to buy an apple watch for a friend for Christmas, We live about 300 miles apart so its not like I can measure his wrist when he's asleep lol.. if I ask he would probably guess why I'm asking!

The one I have picked comes in sizes s-m or m-l and I genuinely don't know which to get.

Wanted it to be a surprise if possible and atm he doesn't even have a clue i will be there for christmas as I'm arranging it all with his family behind his back..

If it’s unisex sizing, you can probably safely assume M-L

Differentstarts · 15/10/2024 19:56

Unless he's really slim I would go m/l for a male

DeliciousApples · 15/10/2024 20:03

Can you not just measure his old watch?

liquidsquidli · 15/10/2024 20:29

M-L is pretty standard for average woman or man

S-M for a petite or slim Woman or a teen.

Also the bands are as cheap chips to buy a replacement if you buy a "fake" one from Amazon----

For a man I would go M-L as PP agave said, unless he's small and skinny

Get his family onboard.

One of them could pretend they're buying a watch for someone roughly his size, and ask if they can measure his wrist?

Do they not come with 2 different sized straps? My Fitbit inspire or whatever it is I have now did. Mine has one small strap which is the one I use and one larger strap.
