Hi guys
I've just recently bought a house with an EPC energy rating of A and due to move in on Friday, our mortgage payments have risen so hoping to offset some cost with the energy bills.
It's a 3 bed detached, family of 4 and the EPC is listed as an A, with energy rating of 96/100 using solar panels and air source heat pump, no gas.
I'm just trying to add this into our budget, I've done a rough one but hoping someone might have something similar so I can get a more accurate idea....
Our current house is a D and very draughty that we're moving from. Pay 130 per month for gas and elec.
