Carbon Monoxide Alarms

Does anyone know why our CO alarm is making a single "bleep" every two minutes?

We've tried putting new batteries in and that hasn't fixed it.

We can't look at the installation instructions as we can't find them.

Any ideas?

Have you tried to Google the instructions by any chance? I usually manage to find any lost instructions this way!

Is it past its use by date?

To be safe open open Windows , does it stop then ? Try hoovering the unit , it might be dusty . Download the instructions and check . Replace but make sure their is not a leak , leave property if unsure .

Its battery is low. Replace the battery

They only last six or seven years until the sensor wears out.

Ours started doing the single beep to warn that they needed replacing.
