Gloves for Finland late November with Raynauds-type fingers

Going to northern Finland in late November and I need to buy new gloves. My circulation is terrible and my digits can ‘white out’ at home in the UK in anything but a heatwave.

I like Sealskinz but are there better options? We’ll be out for most of the days on tours so there will be minimal opportunities to warm up from scratch. Will be taking hand warmer pads and wrist warmers as well.

I'd go with a two glove solution. A separate finger glove liner - you can get ones especially for Raynauds. Then a really warm and waterproof, maybe with primaloft to keep them warm and light, lobster or a mitten ski glove. Not separating your fingers really helps and make sure there's plenty of room so you can keep wiggling them.

Or if you want to stick with SealSkinz take a look at the Filby heated gloves. They're expensive but might be worth is as it's likely going to be really cold.

I went in January, with my ski gloves and my fingers where freezing. I bought some mittens while I was there and put some of those warmers in. Which worked much better in the mittens. I'm out until tonight so when I get in I will look at the name of them and let you know as I'm sure you can buy them off the internet.

Thank you both - will look into all of these. Warmer recommendations also warmly welcomed! Would rather not splurge but will do so if needed or it will just be miserable.

When we went to Laplad for Christmas a couple of years ago, the resort actually kitted us out. With mittens. Apparently mittens are much better for keeping your hands warm. And they should know..!

The name of the mittens we got are called hestra, leather box mitt. Have a good look around because they vary in price
