Gut health - get kefir drink/yogurt.
No energy - vitamin B complex
Sleep - magnesium glycinate taken before bed

Daily I take

An iron supplement which has vitamin c and b12, that's for my energy

The Sainsbury's gut health immunity supplement

A chewable general multivitamin

Gut health I take psyllium husk capsules (for the fibre).

For energy/general health I take a multivitamin that has enough Vitamin D and Iron in it. These ones: Natures Aid Multi-Vitamins and Minerals, 90 Capsules(Packaging may vary) https://amzn.eu/d/fU01WR5

Gut health - eat more fibre, reduce UPF, eat more fermented foods. Generally probiotics are thought to be ineffective.

Energy - iron and b vitamins

Sleep - magnesium before bed

Nails - something with collagen and biotin in

So look for a decent multivitamin, add magnesium in before bed, a collagen supplement during the day and improve your diet.
