London activities between 3-7pm

I have a meeting in London next week that finishes earlier than expected, and I'm booked on the earliest train home at 7pm.

Any suggestions of things I can do between 3-7pm? Any good exhibitions etc that are open until later?

Some museums are open later on certain days of the week. Which day is it?
