Yoga retreats! Talk to me ....

I would like to treat myself to a yoga retreat, ideally short haul.

Looking for something that carers for all abilities, nice food, nothing really pretentious, clean and basic is fine by me. I want to learn more about yoga, I don't have much interest in all the lifestyle stuff and noise that comes with the yoga industry. I just want to learn, eat and relax a bit.

Any recommendations?

Thanks very much.

Do you have any yoga studios near you? Often studios or teachers at the studios will host retreats so it's worth looking around studios and who is teaching in your vicinity Smile could be a lovely way to make some friends and meet teachers you can then practice with once you're home x

Totally agree with looking for local teachers who run retreats. Also that’s a really great way to support your local teacher / community.
