Going fragrance free. Or at least, less fragrance.

I’ve always adored perfume. I have so many bottles I have collected over years.

Recently, I have felt overwhelmed by scent in general. Any washing powders/hand washes/deodorant and shower gels. It all smells terrible to me. I still love my perfumes, but can only handle a small spray.

Slowly starting to swap out scented products for non scented. Anyone else done the same, and have you noticed any benefit? I’m struggling with hormonal imbalances and migraines so hoping it might make a difference to those issues

I did this and didn't even realise I had headaches until I stopped using perfume. But then after a few month Christmas came and I had a few stunning perfumes and the first day I wore one after not for a while I never felt so put together. But that's just me

So basically yes you possibly will feel better

That's funny I think that's what triggered my first migraine headache, papaya scented shampoo

I am allergic to fragrance mix I. Every product in my house is fragrance free. I can obviously tell the difference because I’m not having allergic reactions just being at home anymore.
