Fuming with Royal Mail, exp3cting a parcel yesterday, it didn’t come so I figured absolutely fine, they’re delayed, no problem. So it still didn’t arrive today, I’ve checked the notes on the account.
‘your package encountered an exception because the delivery was rescheduled by the customer during delivery, please wait for further information’
lying friggin bastards. Someone has been home constantly for the last 2 days, no delivery even attempted, (we’ve had shit loads of Amazon parcels from prime day) I’ve not clicked on anything to reschedule delivery so I imagine this is only a way for them to not get fined. But it thoroughly pissed me off.. I understand delays happen but the fact that they’ve listed it as my fault when I’ve done no such thing… the fact that their prices have sky rocketed and I can personally say (family worked for Royal Mail) services shittier by the year.
anyone else experienced something similar as now I’m in limber and have no idea when it’s too arrive.
