Vegan tray bake cake recipes

We’re going away with extended family soon and I’ve been asked to make some cakes. My sister in law is vegan and nephew is dairy free so looking for inspiration for something that will suit them as well. Preferably a tray bake as there’s lots of us, and something quite easy.

This one is amazing and I think would work as a tray bake with a slightly shorter cooking time (I am not good at adjusting recipes though!)

Flapjack could easily be vegan. Some kind of cornflake tart,

Rice krispie treats are easy to make vegan if your marshmallows are vegan and use dairy free spread instead of butter.
Tiffin/ rocky road would be easy if you get dairy free chocolate and spread.
