Does anyone do a Clubberise class?

Hi, looking for a different class to do. Currently do a pilates/conditioning class, lots of walking (including hill walking) and some cycling, as well as active jobs.

Keeping looking at local classes and coming back to the thought of Clubberise as it sounds like fun and I think I'd enjoy. However, I'm 58 (many think I'm in my 40s though) and worried I'll look out of place/not be able to keep up.

Honest opinion, am I going to be the oldie who (whilst fit for my age) won't have as much energy as others and look out of place.

You'll likely be in the dark with glow sticks so it won't matter what you look like!

I've done them in the past. People of all ages and shapes and sizes were there. Plus, as a PP said, it's quite dark

Dh does it! It's very, very open to all and pleasingly dark

I did it years ago and really enjoyed it. Although the first time I did it I got a bit too into it and midway through I ended up launching the glow sticks across the room and whacking the dance teacher on the back of the head with them. Having sweaty hands didn't help matters, and I had to do the walk of shame to go pick my glow sticks back up 😂

Thanks everyone.

I'm fairly active anyway, but need to increase exercise for health reasons. This is the main thing that appeals to me. I'm off to book a class for Monday morning!
