How often do I see high praise for men that HELP around the house.

That word implies to me that someone else has the default responsibility for “around the house”.

I am thinking to launch those star sticker charts for helping husbands, maybe adult themed.

Completely agree.

I have only ever heard that phrase on here. In real life all my male and female friends just get in with it and do an equal spilt. Same with childcare. Nobody says anything about helping. I have one friend who does the majority of the housework and childcare, but he only works part time and his wife does full time work.
