Tricky manoeuvre that. I remember at the Reykjavik Summit in 1985, (my first official international tournament), there was great discussion about whether the stations not actually in London and not actually on the underground were admissible in play.

I believe the discussions were never fully resolved. Were they still continuing at last year's Compendium?
