Has anyone been offered a job despite thinking they didn't do well in their interview?

yes, it was due to other factors that swung it, or at least i think it was i didnt have experience but had skills and willingness to try etc more soft skills i showcased

Yes definitely! I’d talked myself out of my current job as I felt the interview didn’t go well. I thought I didn’t gel with the manager either. Then they called and offered it.
