And which channel? I am on my own and really lonely in the evenings, any ideas of what to watch? I like dramas and real life stuff best. Thanks.

Breeders on Netflix is really good.

Also, I recommend :

Inside number 9
Black Mirror
The Responder

All excellent.

Ludwig on iPlayer - puzzle setter turns police detective. It was really well written and made me laugh. It reminded me of Jonathan Creek.

Outlast on Netflix - American reality series where contestants are dropped off in the Alaskan wilderness and have to last for 45 days.

Selling Sunset on Netflix - American reality TV selling luxury houses in LA

Making a Murderer on Netlix - true story about a murdered woman and the subsequent court case.

House of the Dragon on Sky/NowTV - prequel to Game of Thrones. Fantasy, fighting, dragons. Violence but not too gory.

The Crown on Netflix - lots of series to watch if you haven't seen it.
