Got a letter through about a parking fine and there was a link with photos in. Followed it and looked at the photos .
1st photo: the road where alleged fine took place. No vehicle or anything other than a picture of the empty road.
2nd photo: the sign on roadside to say when you can or cannot park.
We are very honest people and would just pay the fine if we knew we had parked wrongly as whats the point in disputing it, however we know for a fact we didn't... It's been appealed but can they really fine us with no evidence like that. They had all that "apparent time" to take a photo of the car allegedly parked wrong but chose to do it after we had gone.
When we got to the car we saw the officer just looking over in our direction and wandered why because there was no reason to.... we park in the spot numerous times a week due to the school runs so we know the rules extremely well and are very cautious.
Any help?
Thanks 👍
